Refund Policy

At World of Performing, we work hard to ensure every child has a magical experience. Our workshops and clubs are carefully planned, with staffing, venue hire, and resources all based on confirmed bookings.

Non-Attendance

Please note that we do not offer refunds for non-attendance at any workshop, club session, or event. This includes absence due to illness, last-minute changes in schedule, or other personal circumstances.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking:

Workshops: We are unable to offer refunds, but in some cases, we may be able to offer a credit towards a future workshop, subject to availability and notice given.
Clubs: Missed sessions cannot be transferred or refunded. Your booking secures your child’s place and contributes to the running of the full-term programme.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If there are exceptional circumstances beyond your control, please contact us as soon as possible. While we can’t guarantee a refund or credit, we will always do our best to help.
