Weekly Performing Arts Training

Sessions are designed to be engaging and varied, helping children grow creatively while forming friendships and feeling part of a team.

What We Explore in Class

Acting & Drama

Children develop drama skills through:

  • Stagecraft and performance games

  • Character development and storytelling

  • Improvisation and devising

  • Script work and short scenes

  • Confidence in speaking and performing in front of others

Singing & Voice

Children build vocal confidence through:

  • Group singing using popular musical theatre and performance songs

  • Exploring voice, expression, and projection

  • Developing confidence using their voice in performance

(No pressure to sing solo — participation is always supportive and age-appropriate.)

Dance & Movement

Children explore movement through:

  • Expressive movement and physical storytelling

  • Musical theatre choreography

  • Physical theatre and movement games

  • Coordination, rhythm, and spatial awareness

 Specialist Skills We Develop

Across sessions, children also explore:

  • Theatre styles such as comedy, physical theatre, devising, and storytelling

  • Voice and movement skills to improve posture, clarity, and stage presence

  • Creative collaboration, learning how to work positively as part of a group

Our Approach

  • Fun, welcoming, and confidence-building

  • Suitable for all experience levels

  • Focused on enjoyment, creativity, and personal progress

  • Encourages teamwork, kindness, and making new friends

Children are supported to try new things, build resilience, and feel proud of what they achieve.

No Experience Needed

No previous drama or performing arts experience is required — just enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to join in.
